Shaped by Loss

Shaped by Loss is a body of work shaped through the Japanese kurinuki style - a slow, deliberate hollowing that carves the form from the inside out. What remains mirrors the emotional landscape of what is taken, what is worn away, and what becomes visible in the aftermath.

Each piece holds the textures of erosion. The forms stay rough in places and softened in others — an echo of the way grief reshapes a life unevenly, carving out space you did not choose but must learn to inhabit.
