Shipping within New Zealand
NORTH ISLAND:
Courier: $10. 1-2 business days
SOUTH ISLAND:
2 Day Inter Island: $16. 2-3 business days
Courier: $26. 1-2 business days
Please allow 2-3 extra business days for rural/non-urban delivery zones, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island and the Chatham Islands.
International Shipping
For International shipping outside of New Zealand, please contact me with the name of the item you wish to purchase. This allows me to calculate the most accurate and cost-effective shipping options for your location.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Packaging & Sustainability
I use recyclable and eco-friendly packaging materials to minimize our environmental impact. While some materials may appear reused, rest assured they are chosen to ensure the safe delivery of your order.
Damage or Lost Packages
I take great care in packaging your items, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.
For lost packages, please notify me as soon as possible, and I will work with the shipping carrier to assist you.
Returns
If you have made an error or no longer need or want the product you may return the product for a refund, credit or exchange. All returns must be made within 14 business days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the items must be in new or unused condition and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To return an item Please submit a request through the contact form within 14 days of receiving your order along with your order number.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We suggest using a traceable method as we do not take responsibility for any items lost in the process of being returned to us.
Your return will be processed within 1-2 business days after receiving and inspecting the condition of your item.
No claims will be accepted if the products have been damaged or misused
EXCHANGE:
I am happy to offer exchanges if you wish to return an item for another.
If the item you wish to exchange for is higher in price, you will be required to pay the price difference before the new item is shipped to you. If the item is lower in price, a gift card will be issued for the difference.
You are responsible for the shipping fees for the new item.
CREDIT:
Credit can be provided in the form of a gift card. The total amount of the credit will be minus the original shipping costs.
REFUND:
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 3-10 working days to appear on your bank statement.
